MineSubsidenceCd | A code indicating if a structure is in an area subject to loss caused by the collapse of a mine. This element uses the Response code list. |
NumEntrances | The number of doors into an individual apartment unit. |
PlaceCd | Usually a state assigned code used for statistical purposes. Probably the most common Place Code is a code assigned to a particular area in a coastal state for the purpose of reporting status to the WUA (Wind Underwriting Association). Source of this code is the WUA or individual insurer. |
RatingCd | A state and/or insurer specific code used in rating. The source of this code is the insurer rating manuals. |
RiskNumberBrushHazard | Risk Number is a specific brush area and is assigned by the California Fire Bureau. |
RuralFireProtectionDistrictCd | A code identifying the credit given to certain risks located in an approved metropolitan county or rural fire prevention district. This element uses the RuralFireProtectionDistrict code list. |
RuralProtectedInd | A credit given to certain risks in an approved rural fire protection district. |
SeacoastOrOtherBodyWaterProximityCd | A code indicating what particular body of water the insured property is nearest to. This element uses the SeacoastOrOtherBodyOfWaterProximity code list. |
SingleEntryApartmentInd | Indicates if there is only one entrance to an apartment building which contains more than four units. |
TenantsRelocationExpenseAmt | A Massachusetts requirement which provides that fire insurance on multi-unit residential property include the actual cost of relocating any tenant forced out by fire. |
WindPlanInd | Indicates areas of a coastal state that the Windstorm Underwriting Association determines to be particularly vulnerable to wind related damage. |
