It is used to describe the changes made to an element and to provide its previous value.With respect to echoed data, a simple change in case without a change in content is not allowed. If the content must be changed, then changing case is allowed along with referencing a ChangeStatus. The Respondent may never modify or delete a UUID, Id, IDREF, any tag of type ItemIdInfo or TransactionRequestDt. |
