| CompanyDeviationFactor | The company deviation factor used in calculating this premium. |
| CreditOrSurcharge | Describes a credit/discount/surcharge/modification. |
| EffectiveDt | This is an effective date, the explicit meaning of which is implied by its parent or its usage. |
| ExpirationDt | This is an expiration or termination date, the explicit meaning of which is implied by its parent or its usage. |
| GoverningClassCd | The class code in the state with the greatest amount of premium. This uses a class code list from NCCI or other rating bureau. |
| InsurerName | The Name of the insurer. |
| ItemIdInfo | The Item ID Information Aggregate is architectural in nature. It is used to identify an aggregate uniquely across transactions. |
| Link | Link provides a mechanism to hyperlink between resources. It is not expected to contain data, instead typically appears as (e.g.): <Link rel="self" href="/policy/4e068b48-798c-4df1-8d1d-ea2a90f4eb4c" title="Self"/>. |
| MultiStateInd | An indicator that the factors apply to more than one state. |
| NAICCd | An industry code uniquely identifying an organization chartered under state or provincial laws to act as an insurer. The source of this code list is the NAIC and/or IBC. |
| NumClaims | The numeric count of all claims which occurred during the policy period. |
| NumClaimsPaid | The numeric count of all claims paid relating to the identified policy period. |
| NumMedicalClaimsPaid | The numeric count of all medical only claims paid relating to a specific period. |
| PaidTotalAmt | The currency amount of all claims paid, less allocated claims expense. |
| PolicyNumber | The unique number assigned to the policy, or submission, being referenced. If required for self-insurance, the self-insured license or contract number. |
| PremiumTypeCd | A code identifying the kind of premium recorded. This element uses the PremiumType code list. |
| ReserveTotalAmt | The total reserve amount of all open claims less paid amounts for the policy period. |
| ScheduledRateFactor | The scheduled rate factor used in calculating this premium. |
| StateProvCd | A code identifying the state, province or national subdivision. The specific code values depend upon the national jurisdiction. | TotalIncurredAmt | The total currency amount of all claims incurred, paid and reserved, less allocated claims expense (if possible), for the policy period. |

| TotalPayrollAmt | The total payroll of the business without decimal places (unsigned). |
| ValuationDt | The calendar date on which the item described was either purchased or last appraised. |
