| Cash With Application (CWA) includes the TOTAL amount of money received with the application when it is submitted to the carrier to fund the contract which is received via a wire and/or check, and/or authorization for the carrier to perform an EFT, ACH and/or credit card transaction. This does not include an exchange or replacement, or 'cash on delivery' (i.e. expected to be paid/received after the policy is issued) payment, or funding received after the application is submitted. |
