| The date when the activity is considered active. It may be interpreted, for example, as when the premium is due. "Effective Date" is what Distributors would want to show on any statements they would be producing from their Agency Customer systems. If they want to produce customer statements for segregated fund policies, the effective date of the transactions is what they will want to show in the statements. |
