| Identifies the associated IRS Trigger Type if the contract has an active triggering event. An IRS Trigger will result in disabling the IRS withdrawal restrictions, control the entry of specific transaction types for withdrawals and determine which IRS distribution codes will be printed on the tax records (valid codes are D "Disability", R "Retired", S"Separated from service" and X "Died"). If this element does not appear or is null then there is no IRS trigger on this policy. |
