| Policy which is issued on the life of a child. The policy may be owned by the child or, in
most cases, by an adult. If the policy is owned by a child no rights could be exercised while
he/she is a minor without the appropriate guardianship papers/court order. The RestrictionCode
must be used in conjunction with the JuvenilePolicyInd and it should be set to '3'
for 'This Contract is on a Juvenile and is restricted' . If the policy is owned by
an adult, it is not considered restricted as the adult can make changes to the policy. |
