Type of leadLeads are often generated by some form of media or company campaign. Leads can come into an administrative system via different methods, website, regular mail (response card), customer service representative, and based upon the level of interest indicated by the way the lead is captured, the leads can be categorized as to their level of interest in actually making a purchase. This property categorizes the information about the lead as a "hot", "cold", "warm" or "special" lead, and in some sense identifies the likelihood of the individual actually making a purchase. |
