| This is the original effective date of the loan, even it was replaced or transferred. Every
loan should have a loan origination date. If this loan was based upon another loan (for
example if a 'grandfathered' loan is established from another policy, or if a new
loan is established after the loan interest is capitalized), this date is the date of the
first/original loan. See also Loan.EffDate.For example, if a loan was effective on Jan 10 2000, and it is replaced with (transferred
to) another carrier on March 15 2004, if the new carrier allows the loan to be"grandfathered" (the new contract is established with the loan) and needs to track
the date the original loan was effective then LoanOriginationDate will contain the Jan 10 2000
