| A collection of states or jurisdictions where a contract MUST BE delivered in the same state in which it is issued. Regulators in certain states do not want contracts delivered which have not been approved for delivery. For example, if WA is specified in RestrictDeliveryState then the contract MUST BE issued in WA. To further expand on this example if the solicitation state is ID and WA is in the list and the delivery state is WA then this contract cannot be sold. WA would not allow another state to issue the contract. |
