| Residence state based object which indicates a collection of states which require the policy owner or other role specified via StateRestrictionRole to buy only products sold in their residence state (Party[Role]/ResidenceState) and thus the sale is governed by that state's regulations (Holding/ApplicationInfo/ApplicationJurisdiction). The ResidenceState and ApplicationJurisdiction MUST BE equal. For example, if the solicitation state is MA, the owner residence state is NY and NY is specified in RestrictOwnerJurisdiction, then the sale would NOT be allowed - the owner can only buy a product offered for sale in their residence state of NY. Use ContractSitusCanDifferInd to specify Solicitation state restrictions. If StateRestrictionRole is not specified, the role is assumed to be the Owner. |
