| Describes an administrative rule that requires a term to be specified in round numbers. For example, a product may be offered for durations 3 months to 6 months in even increments of 3 months. The TermModulus factor would be 3 in this case. Note that the TermModulusFactor approach ONLY applies when there are regular increments such as every 3 months. If there is a need to model irregular terms such as 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months, a different approach is needed. |
