| Indicator identifying if a trust is setup for the benefit of a natural person (e.g. owner, annuitant or beneficiary) in which case there are additional tax reporting requirements required of the insurance carrier to the owner and IRS. This field should only be used when the Party is OrgForm of trust. TRUE indicates a trust is setup for the benefit of a natural person (e.g. owner, annuitant or beneficiary). FALSE indicates a trust is NOT setup for the benefit of a natural person. |
