Description
A data type of Identifier SHOULD identify a data point that provides a unique value for reference purposes and MAY have IdentifierOwnerURI and IdentifierEffectiveDate attributes. EXAMPLE: A Loan Identifier could be expressed as "0034567891-A".

Type : MISMOIdentifier

Definition
A four-digit number to identify a census block. A subdivision of a census tract, a block is the smallest geographic unit for which the Census Bureau tabulates 100-percent data. Many blocks correspond to individual city blocks bounded by streets, but blocks - especially in rural areas -- may include many square miles and may have some boundaries that are not streets.

IdentifierOwnerURIIdentifies the owner or publisher of the identifier associated with a MISMO term with the class word of "Identifier" by means or a URI. This is an XML attribute.

SensitiveIndicatorAllows producers and consumers of XML instance documents that are valid MISMO V3 documents to mark any data point to be treated as sensitive. MISMO recommends that any use of a data point labeled as "Sensitive Information" in the LDD ALWAYS have this attribute set to "true".
