LanguageCode | A coded value defined by United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), identifying the language in which interactions and communication with a party may take place. Suggested CodeOwnerURI = http://data.hud.gov/Housing_Counselor/getLanguages.A data type of Code SHOULD identify a data point that is a look-up value for an entry in a list of values and explanations and MAY have CodeOwnerURI and CodeEffectiveDate attributes. EXAMPLE: A State Code would be expressed as "AL". | ||
LanguagePreferenceIndicator | When true, indicates that the language specified by the Language Code is preferred by the party for interactions and communications.A data type of Indicator SHOULD identify a data point that represents a boolean value. The value choices SHOULD be "true" or "false" but MAY be "1" or "0". EXAMPLE: A Basement Finished Indicator for a basement that qualifies would be expressed as "true". |
