INTERACTIVE_FIELD_REFERENCE

Description
The FIELD_REFERENCE type is a group of XML fields used for identifying the area of the view described by a VIEW_FIELD element. The preferred method is to use the FieldPlaceHolderIdentifier. When that is not supported by the view format, then the field is identified by its XY coordinates using the other elements in this XML type.

Type : FIELD_REFERENCE

Definition
Contains the identifier of the object in the view that contains the field presentation. In an XHTML view, this is the id attribute of the span or div tag that constitutes the field. In a PDF view, this is the PDF field name

EXTENSION

It MAY contain a single decimal point as punctuation. The decimal point is ALWAYS the US nationalization character (.) in the designated character encoding (UTF-8 assumed when not stated.) For example, in an XHTML view, this is the id of the span or div tag that constitutes the view field. In a PDF view, this is the PDF field name.A data type of Identifier SHOULD identify a data point that provides a unique value for reference purposes and MAY have IdentifierOwnerURI and IdentifierEffectiveDate attributes. EXAMPLE: A Loan Identifier could be expressed as "0034567891-A".
