Offer pricing structure information (including exchange rates, currency overrides and accepted payment currency) that apply to all offers unless override information is provided within PricedOffer.

DecimalPlacesThe number of decimal places for the display and pricing currency(s).
DisplayCurrencyThe display currency in ISO 4217 encoding.
PricingCurrencyThe pricing/filing currency in ISO 4217 encoding.
TicketingCityCodeThe city or airport code where the ticket will be/ has been issued in IATA encoding.
TicketingCountryCodeThe country code where the ticket will be/ has been issued in ISO 3166 encoding.

DateThe date of the conversion rate.
FromCurrencyThe source currency code for a conversion in ISO 4217 endoding.
RateThe rate used for conversion from the source currency to the target currency.
