Definition
The OpenTravel Ground Transportation reservation request is used to specify criteria to retrieve an existing ground transportation reservation, which may include a unique ground transportation reservation identifier (which if valid will return one matching reservation) or general search criteria for a reservation (which if valid may return one or more reservations that matched the search criteria.) Reservation retrieve request information includes: -Point of sale information for the requestor -A choice between entering a known ground transportation service reservation identifier used to return one exact matching reservation -OR- basic search criteria used to retrieve one or more matching reservations ----A reference ID for the existing ground transportation reservation ----Search criteria that can be used to retrieve an existing ground transportation reservation if the reservation ID/reference number is not known, including passenger name/contact information and rate qualifiers associated with the reservation

POSPoint of Sale Identification. Identification number of the vendor that has made the vehicle availability request and agency number assigned by IATA, ARC, ESRP or TID.Point of Sale (POS) identifies the party or connection channel making the request.
ReferenceA reference ID for the existing ground transportation reservation.An identifier used to uniquely reference an object in a system (e.g. an airline reservation reference, customer profile reference, booking confirmation number, or a reference to a previous availability quote).
ReservationSearchCriteriaSearch criteria that can be used to retrieve an existing ground transportation reservation if the reservation ID/reference number is not known.
