Definition

Used to provide details on the proposal such as the key factors that will play a role in the proposal evaluation.

Elements
Comments	Comments regarding the proposal itself.An indication of a new paragraph for a sub-section of a formatted text message.
CustomQuestions	A container for collecting custom questions and answers.
KeyDecisionFactors	A collection of key decision factors used in the proposal evaluation.
Presentation	Used to provide information on where and when the sites should present their proposals to the meeting planners.

Attributes
Attribute Group : ProposalGroup
DecisionDue	The date the requestor intends to decide on a particular site.
PreliminaryCutDate	Defines the date that the preliminary cut will be made.
PreliminaryCutIndicator	If true, indicates a preliminary cut typically with a second review of finalists. If false, no preliminary cut.
ResponseDue	The date the requestor requires a response/proposal.
ResponseFormat	The format of the response the requestor would like to receive the response (e.g. fax, e-mail, xml). Refer to OpenTravel Code List Distribution Type (DTB).
ResponseLanguage	The response language the requestor would like to receive the response (e.g. English, Spanish, French).
RFP_CreationDate	The date the RFP was created.
RFP_DistributionDate	Date the RFP or RFPs were distributed.
RFP_PublishedDate	Date the RFP or RFPs were published.
