A message to request a cancellation of a reservation for a tour and/or activity.

BasicInfoCore information about the tour and/or activity being cancelled, including ID(s) and name.
ConfirmationThe confirmation number for the booked reservation.
ContactDetailDetailed contact information if a third-party company and/or individual is requesting this reservation cancellation.Name of an individual and appropriate contact information. May be contact information for the customer or someone affiliated with the customer.
ParticipantInfoIndividual participant and participant category details. This can be used to pass participant information for verification purposes or to associate with payment information for any cancellation fees.
PaymentInfoPayment details that may be associated with an individual participant, a participant category and/or a group. This can be used to pass credit card information for verification purposes or to use for any cancellation fees.
POSPoint of sale information for the requestor of the reservation.Point of Sale (POS) identifies the party or connection channel making the request.
TPA_ExtensionsA placeholder in the schema to allow for additional elements and attributes to be included per Trading Partner Agreement (TPA).Allows extensions to be added to the OpenTravel specification per trading partner agreement.
