Definition
This message will allow a customer to exchange a vehicle that has already been checked out. The message accommodates the inclusion of information about the vehicle being exchanged as well as details of the vehicle being given in exchange.

AdjustmentDetailsCollection of adjustments.
ConfIDA confirmation number by which this reservation can be uniquely identified. In some cases the ConfID may be used in lieu of a ContractID, dependent on business needs.An identifier used to uniquely reference an object in a system (e.g. an airline reservation reference, customer profile reference, booking confirmation number, or a reference to a previous availability quote).
ContractIDA contract number by which this rental can be uniquely identified.An identifier used to uniquely reference an object in a system (e.g. an airline reservation reference, customer profile reference, booking confirmation number, or a reference to a previous availability quote).
CustomerThis is the rental customer's information and typically is not needed to be passed in this message.Information on the one primary driver and, optionally, several additional drivers. This may be used to provide a frequent renter number.
ExchangeLocationLocation where the vehicle was exchanged.
ExchangeReasonUsed to indicate reasons for vehicle exchange.An indication of a new paragraph for a sub-section of a formatted text message.
PickUpReturnDetailsTypically this is used to provide the actual return date, time, and location.The VehicleRentalCoreType complex type identifies the data that is common, or core, to almost every transaction associated with the rental of a vehicle.
POSDescribes the source of the transaction such as kiosk id or counter agent id.Point of Sale (POS) identifies the party or connection channel making the request.
