| Definition |
| The Medical Exam Object is used to contain the formal results of a medical exam, not provide proof that an exam occurred. An exam can be ordered to satisfy a carrier requirement or be produced as a result of the insured's action, as captured in the MedicalTreatment, MedicalCondition, or MedicalPrevention Objects.MedicalExam may also be used to document the information obtained on a lab slip when specimens are collected. The MedicalExamType property defines the type of exam.Health markers such as cholesterol, glucose, and triglycerides readings are modeled using the LabTesting object. |
