| The last date after which the "fund" value must be greater than zero in order to add additional premium payments to this "fund". Money moving between "funds" is not affected by this date and can still be allocated to as source or destination "funds" regardless of the date. The date specified is inclusive. For example, 2004-12-31 indicates that the fund is no longer available on or after January 1, 2005 unless the fund value is greater than $0.00. |
