Closed	This is when a rental agreement is no longer active.
Open	This is when a rental agreement is active, typically this is when the customer has the vehicle.
Pending	This is when a rental agreement is not fully open (e.g., on a delivery transaction the agreement is not fully open until the customer takes possession of the vehicle).
